Due to the current economic environment and the strict requirements for home loans, many more people are turning toward our Lease To Own Program everyday, as a path toward homeownership. Although we normally try to keep numerous homes in our inventory at all times, due to this great increase in buyer clients, it has depleted our inventroy of homes to an extremely low level.
However we are still selling many homes through our program with and/or for this new influx of clients and can for you.
Until further notice, we are selling the vast majority of our homes through our program in the following manner:
We have numerous clients on waiting lists. Once we get a new property, we contact those clients on this list. From this, the vast majority of our homes are taken before they ever make the website or before we do any marketing for them.
If you are interested, we will explain to you in detail, exactly how our program works and how we can help you and most anyone to become a homeowner. If you decide you would like to work with us, we will add you to our list and begin specifically targeting and looking for homes that meet your criteria. In some cases you can even find your own home for sale, if you would like, and we will attempt to acquire that home for you and put you in it under our program. In otherwords, there are still many ways we can work with you and get you a home relatively quickly.
